This card was made for the Technique Lover’s Challenge on Splitcoaststampers. The technique is to ink up a stamp and then spray it with water and then lay down the image on cardstock and allow it to sit for a few minutes to let the color run. Then ink up the stamp again with a darker color and stamp it over the original image to show the darker crisp lines. I sprayed my trees until very wet and then used the same color of green for the second stamping. I loved the runny, blurred image under the crisp lines. I cut all three of my trees out to pop up over white cardstock softened with blue sponging. I created falling snow on the sky and also covered the dots on the tree with a glue pen and then applied glitter for sparkle. I used the same process to add glitter to the snowy ground and star.
