Growing Carrots

Today’s Sketch Challenge on Splitcoaststampers has the perfect layout for two brand new images from the Easter collection that I received from Rubbernecker this week.  One is a small bunny image hiding in a patch looking like he would like to steel a carrot and not want to get caught. Hmmm…his ears aren’t green.  The other image is the larger bunny holding his big carrot snack and a packet of carrot seeds.  I thought these would be so cute together on a card. I stamped the bunny/carrot garden twice to make it fit all the way across the image layer and painted. I stamped the big bunny, painted and cut it out.  I stamped and cut an extra pair of feet and a nose to cut out and pop up to add dimension.  I used a dab of liquid applique to create the fluffy bunny tail.  I added some grassy sprigs and a little brown garden dirt to create a fun little scene.  What a fun card to make.

  1. Kittie, this is adorable! I just love how you always have the colors perfectly matched! The orange with the Green and white polka dot is exceptional with these stamps. I certainly am an admirer of your stamps!
