Good Thursday morning! I have a sweet project to share with you today that I made for this week's Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge.
I had a piece of coral cardstock already cut and folded on my work area so decided it would be cute with a heart bordered layer and a garden full of coral heart flowers. I thought the crimped heart border was just the perfect thing to finish off the card. I used the Martha Stewart Double Heart Punch Around the Page border punch set as well as the Foliage and pine punches. The little hearts were made using my Stampin’ Up! heart punch, I crimped the cardstock for both the hearts and greenery to add a little texture. I used Glossy Accents to attach the foliage to create the floral spray behind the white heart border and then added the hearts and tiny white flowers. The sentiment is from the Rubbernecker Friends Collection.
I hope you are having a good week. The weekend is not far away.

OMG….this is Gorgeous. I am so glad you like to create cards using flowers. Each day I can’t wait to see what you have created. TFS
This is so pretty Kitty. Love those hearts.
very nice!
I love how you interpreted the sketch using the heart punched panels. And the “heart flowers” are the perfect finishing touch.
Love this layout – so many possibilities. Must get to my craft room and start playing.
So, too, are rescue animals close to my heart. Every week, while grocery shopping I throw in a can of cat food, and when I have a full box, take it to the animal shelter to help them out.
Beautiful cards, Kittie. TFS
