Loving Thoughts and Fancy Blossoms

Happy Thursday morning.  My project today was made for the Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge to use Daffodil Delight, Certainly Celery and Pool Party.

I didn’t have those exact colors so I substituted Barely Banana, Spring Moss and Soft Sky to create my framed floral spray project.

I love this Loving Thoughts Set embossing folder by Sizzix,  It is such an elegant pattern and works perfectly with Spellbinders oval dies.

I die cut Fancy Blossoms flowers, formed with a stylus on a mat and layered to create the full blossoms.  I created the floral spray using the Punch Bunch Fern and Ash punches and the Poppy Stamps Gentle Leaf die.  I die cut the soft yellow butterflies made using the Memory Box Butterfly Delights die and added around the floral spray for added dimension and softness. I added tiny pearls to the center of each flower for a finishing touch.
