I wake up each morning and start my day with a cup of coffee and your post. Always in awe and always close with lots of inspiration. I have done a LOT of CASING of your cards (of course I always give credit and a link…haha) You have also cost me a lot of money…had to buy many of those dies…haha I think you do an excellent job on describing how you create your cards so I don't really have a card lately that you have done that I need a tutorial. Gosh though, would love the chance to win your blog candy.

My project today was made using Impression Obsession Spring Medley, Flourish, Mini Rectangle Tags 2, Cuttlebug Swiss Dot Folder and Spellbinder Classic Rectangles.
I created the double rectangle frame layers with rectangle dies and mounted them with mounting tape over the doted embossed card base. I like how the frames add color and interest over the white but allows the floral bouquet to be the main focus.
I stamped the flower image twice on watercolor paper, laid the matching die over top of the flower image, secured in place with blue painter’s tape and ran through my Big Shot. The die match up perfectly with the image. I watercolored the image with water mixed with reinker and a brush. I colored the flower portion of the second image and cut three of them out, formed lightly with my stylus and attached over the main image to add dimension.
I cut two of the flourish images to create a soft and whimsical background for the bouquet. I cut one of the flourishes apart and attached the swirls in a way that would show all around the flowers. I finished with a multi loop bow and the scalloped sentiment tag.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day.
