Framed Circles and Floral Spray

Good Tuesday morning.  I got home from work early enough last night that I was able to make a fairly quick card.  I haven’t made an all cream card for quite a while and decided to create one using the Taylored Expressions Circles Cutting Plate  Elizabeth Craft Designs Bunch of Flowers 1, Impression Obsession Flourish, Border Duo 2 and Spellbinders Classic Oval and Scalloped Ovals.

I started by cutting the scalloped oval and then cut the oval opening in it as well as the opening on the main card layer.  It cut the circles background and taped it to the back side of the oval opening on the card base.  I applied ATG adhesive to the scalloped frame and attached it over the circles opening.  I attached the whole framed layer to the card base with mounting tape.

I cut the flowers, molded them with my stylus and molding pad and attached the sections together with glossy accents. I cut the flourish foliage, lightly formed them and attached them to the frame opening.  I attached the flowers with glossy accents and finished them with champagne pearls.

All white and all cream cards are a little hard for me to photograph so these turned out a little dark.  It really is much prettier than it shows in the picture.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day.

Card size:  5.25” square

  7. Kittie, I admire your beautiful floral work so much. I love cream tone on tone card, and the beautiful die you’ve used inside the oval. Every detail builds on the other and makes your creations absolutely top notch designs.
