Butterfly Flower Garden

Good Saturday morning.  I have a colorful butterfly garden card to share with you today.  I love the beautiful Beau Jardin designer paper in the background that sets the stage for all the butterflies and flowers. The butterflies were made using the Impression Obsession Medium Butterflies set, the flowers are from the Spring Wreath set and the garden fence and grass was made using the Large Fence, Grass Border and Small Grass Border

I attached the grass border to the front of the fence with glossy accents.  I applied double stick tape to the bottom and sides of the fence and attached it to the back of the frame.  I attached thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the card base. I lightly sponged distress inks with a mini applicator on the butterflies and flowers to add a bit of depth. The flowers were formed with my stylus and molding pad, assembled with glossy accents.

The flowers were attached to the grass border with glossy accents.  The butterflies were attached to the fence and card base with glossy accents and the wings were bent up and secured in place with rolled up glue dots.  Tiny pearls were added to the center of each butterfly and clear Wink of Stella was lightly applied to all the flowers and butterflies to add a bit of sparkle.
