Good Sunday morning. I have two cards to share with you today made using the newly released Impression Obsession Fall Leaf Background. The frames were made using the All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2 and Rectangle 6-in-1 Frames. I thought it would be fun to show two different versions of the Fall Leaf Background. Since I’m using dies for my projects today I’ll use it as an excuse to remind you of the 20% of die sale over at Ellen Hutson. See the details at the bottom of my post.
For my first card I cut the Fall Leaf Background out using white cardstock and applied Peeled Paint, Fired Brick and Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks using mini applicators. I applied versa to cover the whole die cut and embossed with clear embossing powder. I attached an orange layer behind the Happy Fall sentiment with mounting tape.
I attached double stick tape to to the back of the white frame and attached it to the leaf panel. I then attached thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the card base.
The second card was very fast and easy to make. I attached the frame to the Fall Leaf Background with double stick tape and then attached thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached to the orange card base.
The die sale will go through Monday, October 17th. Use coupon code welovedies Have fun shopping.
Thanks for coming by and I hope you have a great Sunday.
Card sizes: 5.50” x 4.25”

Morning Kittie…. I love this card… In fact, I think I saw the originals in the park this morning….lol. So fall-ish… I think I can smell someone burning their leaves… Thank you for sharing your amazing creativity
Your cards are wonderful. The things you create are always so nice, especially the leaves. I LOVE Kittiefied cards. TFS.
Good Evening, Kittie, these are lovely, I prefer the white one. Funny because I love the fall colors of leaves. the one with the hymn “Come Ye Thankful People come,” MY favorite with the fall leaves, and a favorite hymn as well.We used to sing that in school at the Thanksgiving assembly In fact I ordered the song stamp after seeing your card.
You are so inspiring to me…….Hugs
these are both so pretty, such beautiful colors in the leaves in the first and the second has a classy feel to it!
