Good Monday morning. My project today was made using the newly released Impression Obsession Lily of the Valley and Happy Easter 2 paired with the All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2 and Foliage. Purple and green are such a such color combination and so pretty used with floral projects.
I cut the frame and attached it to the card base using thin strips of mounting tape. Next I placed a long strip of double stick tape on my work surface and rolled it up with my finger to create a thin strip of adhesive. I applied the strip of adhesive to the back of the Happy Easter sentiment and attached it to the card base. The thin strip of rolled adhesive allows the sentiment to be slightly popped up and not perfectly flat to the card base.
The Lily of the Flower flowers were cut using white cardstock and the stems were colored using a Peeled Paint marker. I formed the tiny bell shaped flowers using the smaller end of my stylus and molding pad.
I began creating the floral spray by attaching the flowers to the frame with glossy accents. I attached three stems pointing up towards the top of the frame and three down towards the bottom of the frame. Next I attached pieces of foliage over the bare stems using glossy accents. Then I cut off several of the flower stems to shorten them and tucked them into the foliage and attached them using glossy accents. I love these delicate stems of Lily of the Valley.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a good week.

The rolled tape is a great idea for this card. It really does accent the sentiment. I love the Lilies of the Valley too.
