Another adorable card made with mini slimline card dies!
I am loving making cards with these new mini slimline card dies and the nested sets are making me so happy! There are four sets – stitched, deckle, scallop and the set I used here with scalloped holes. Who knew a little hole in each scallop could add such a pretty design element to a die cut? Well, Rubbernecker sure did! Just look at how pretty the layers are on this card!

Mini Slimline Card Base and Layers
- Use white cardstock to cut a 6.00″ x 7.00″ layer and score down the center to create a 6.00″ x 3.50″ card base.
- Cut the Mini Slimline Tab Scallop Holes using white cardstock.
- Apply strips of mounting tape to the back of the largest layer and attach it to the card base.
- Cut a 5.75″ x 3.25″ layer of designer paper, apply ATG adhesive to the back and attach it to the eyelet layer.
- Dust the smallest eyelet layer using an Embossing Magic bag to reduce static.
- Secure the eyelet layer and the Kittie Says Spring Time sentiment stamp in the MISTI and stamp the sentiment using Nocturne ink.
- Apply clear embossing powder to the sentiment and heat with a heat gun.
- Attach the sentiment layer to the card base using ATG adhesive.

Heart Bouquet
- Use red cardstock to cut out the Slimline OPC Hearts and lay the hearts face down on the molding pad.
- Gently roll over the hearts using a large round stylus to add a rounded form.
- Use green cardstock to cut two Flower #3 to use for stems.
- Trim a little off each flower to make it small enough to fit behind the hearts.
- Attach the hearts to the trimmed flower sections of the stems using glossy accents.
- Trim off the large lower stem of flowers and attach it over the large top stem of flowers using glossy accents.
- Cut a thin 1/8″ strip of green cardstock, cut into four 3.00″ sections and attach them to the bottom of the bouquet stems using glossy accents.
- Apply glossy accents to the back of the heart bouquet and attach it to the card base.
- Create a white organza multi loop bow and attach it to cover the section where the two flower stems are connected. Pro Tip: Check out my Multi Loop Bow Video if you would like to see how I make my bows.
