Come see how easy it is to create this fall tree scene using new dies from the Brass and Bliss “Black Friday” release. Release products are on sale for 25% off.
I love the new tree, fence and small leaves die sets from the new release. This is probably the last fall scene card I share this season as I turn to posting holiday cards. Check out several more cards and all the new products that I shared for the release.
To make my fall tree scene I used the Fall Tree, Framed Tag Cover, Rustic Fence, Small Fall Leaves, Classic Tabbed Grass, Grass #2, Fall Market Add ON (pumpkins), Winter Fence with Sign, Hello Fall Sign Sayings
Tree, Fence and Leaves
- Cut the tree and fence using Kraft cardstock and color them using brown ink and a wet baby wipe. Pro Tip: Using a wet baby wipe is an easy way to apply ink to large die cuts.
- Use colorful cardstock to cut the small leave and attach them to the tree using Nuvo glue.
- Attach the fence section to the card base using double stick tape along the bottom back of the fence and tiny pop dots to the top back and attach to the card base.
- Apply pop dots to the back of several leaves and thin strips of mounting tape to the back of truck and large branches and attach to the card base.
Complete the Fall Tree Scene
- Cut a strip of grass and attach it to the fence using a strip of mounting tape.
- Cut and color a few pumpkins and attach them using pieces of mounting tape.
- Tuck the grass sprigs in behind the front grass layer and attach using Nuvo glue.
- Attach the sentiment tag to the card base using a piece of mounting tape.
- Finish the fall scene by attaching a few more leaves fall from the tree and on the grass.
