Good Monday morning. My project today was made for this week’s Splitcoaststampers Inspiration Challenge and Bassett Furniture was our inspiration site. I was inspired by a floral and butterfly picture found here. I used my new Susan Tierney Cockburn Stephanotis die set to make my flower and paired it with the Impression Obsession Fancy Butterfly, Tiny Flowers, My Favorite Things Rectangle Frames, Poppystamps Lorelai Leaf, and Memory Box Butterfly Delights.

I attached the two frames to the card base with mounting tape. I formed the flower and leaves with my stylus and molding pad. I attached the foliage stems, stephanotis leaves and flower to the card base with glossy accents. I added the tiny butterflies and tiny flowers for the finishing touch. I really like how this turned out.

If you like making frames on your cards you are definitely going to need to check out the Rectangle Frames set.

Beautiful card Kittie and love your flower. Does this Rectangle Die have a double cutting edge to cut the width of each of the three frames?? Im confused as to how this die works to cut your frame.
Eileen, there are three dies in the Rectangle Frames set. Each one has a double cutting edge, one on the outside of the frame and also the inside of the frame. When you cut it comes out as a perfectly shaped frame. And the frames fit perfectly inside each other if you want to double or triple frame on your card front. I sure hope this helps. Don’t hesitate to write again if not.
