Good Monday morning. I have a masculine snow scene to share with you today using my Rubbernecker 3 Pine tree set and Kittie Kits Fall Harvest truck paired with Memory Box Orchard Tree Frame and Debutante Frame.
I cut the tree frame using olive cardstock and colored the tree trunk and limbs with a brown distress marker. I attached pine sprigs to the limbs with glossy accents and applied liquid applique for snow. I also applied liquid applique to the snowy ground area.
I stamped the truck on watercolor paper, painted with reinkers and cut out. I heat set the ink on the truck and then applied liquid applique for snow. I stamped the pine trees on blue cardstock and added touches of white watercolor paint for snow on the limbs. I attached mounting tape to the back of the frame (tiny thin pieces) and then attached over the blue tree layer. I added the white ground snow piece over the frame and attached the framed scene to the red card base. I mounted the truck in to the scene with mounting tape. I love the old truck parked in the snow out under the limb of the big pine tree. I think this is a nice masculine card.
Thanks for stopping in and I hope you have a great week.
