Gingham Country Wreath

Good Monday morning.  I have a simple country style Christmas wreath to share with you today.  I love gingham and pine together and think they are a perfect combination for old fashioned Christmas decorations.

I created the gingham background with an Impression Obsession a cover a card gingham stamp. I scored the white section on my score pal for dimension.

I cut two wreaths, one for the wreath itself and one to cut up and use along with the pine and holly in the arrangement. I sponged the wreaths with brown ink and then used a large stylus on the back of the wreath to form the round curve. I cut several pieces of pine and holly and arranged on the wreath using glossy accents.  The gingham multi loop bow and red bling crystals were the perfect finishing touch.  Here’s a closer view.

I attached the foliage section wreath to the card base with glossy accents.  I added small touches of glossy accents to a few of the tips around the wreath to hold in place.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope you have a great week.
