Clean and Simple Halloween Hill

Good Thursday morning.  My project today was made using the Impression Obsession Halloween Hill.  This set was released last fall and I think it is my all time favorite Halloween image ever.  It doesn’t get much simpler or more fun than this.  I cut a couple of extra trees and added to my scene just add an extra touch of spooky.  Smile

I cut the scene and extra trees, attached the trees to the back, added mounting tape and attached to the card base.

I love the tiny little flying bats in the sky area.  I think the patterned paper is such a fun and perfect background to bring life to the all black silhouette.

I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

  2. I have the Halloween Hill die, too – and agree with you that it is one of my favorites. It is so easy to make a fun Halloween card with it. You made it even easier showing us how adding the patterned paper behind looks so great. Thank you for sharing.

  3. Saw this oh so cute card on a Pinterest board. Was inspired to make my version of it. (http://www.carolinacardsbymaryh.blogspot.com/2013/09/halloween_16.html) I’ve linked to your card, and when I posted my card on my Pinterest board, I also linked back. Hope I’ve done the acknowledgements properly, as I really appreciate your posting of this adorable card. My DH loves Halloween and really liked your card, said “don’t you have that die? Why don’t _you_ make one?”. Thanks for all your inspiration & tutorials on your gorgeous creations. Love those MB & IO dies you use. Hugs
