Good Sunday morning. My project today was made for my Splitcoaststampers Hope You Can Cling To “Scene of Serenity” challenge. Do you have favorite cards that you recreate in some form or fashion over and over again? I sure do. One of my all time favorite cards, Peaceful Awareness was made for the Splitcoaststampers Limited Supply Challenge back in 2006 to use pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness.
I created the identical scene on my project today and kicked it up a notch with the Memory Box Frostyville Frame and Debutante Frame. The pink whimsical trees were made using two of my favorite Stampin’ Up! sets Lovely As A Tree and Itty Bitty Background.
I stamped the front trees using regal rose and the trees in the background with pretty in pink. I stamped the whole card front using bitty background stamp with white craft ink and embossed with white embossing powder.
I cut the scene out using the Debutante Frame and attached the Frostyville Frame over it with mounting tape. I attached the framed scene to the card base with mounting tape to add one more level of dimension.

There is something so peaceful to me about falling snow over a forest of evergreen trees. I have absolutely no idea how many times I have created evergreen snow scenes but I know I will never stop.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your Sunday.

Good Afternoon, Kittie, So glad you won’t ever stop with your snow scenes they are always gorgeous. Pink is not normally thought of with the pine and snow scene. but that is what makes it striking too. It gets your attention. and for a good cause as well. Keep on , Keeping on with your snow scenes. I love your concept here. Have a good week-end…..hugs.
