Spring Review

Good Friday morning.  I have been looking forward to this long holiday weekend.  How about you?  I won’t be posting any new projects for a few days.  I am flying up north this morning for a sisters reunion celebration.  I’m sure there will be lots of long morning chats over coffee, fun stories and laughter.  There always is when we get together.

I thought for today’s post I would do a review and share a few of my favorite projects made this spring.  It was really hard to only pick a few as it seems each one is my favorite at the time I am making it.  LOL.

If you missed any of these projects and would like to see the details and products used you can click on the link below each picture to be taken back to the original post.

Quatrefoil and Floral Spray

Brick House Scene

Garden Trellis and Wheelbarrow

Weathered Birdhouse

Sunny Garden, Watering Can and Button Flowers

Framed Polka Dot Hydrangeas

Hollyhocks Floral Spray

It’s pretty obvious that I love creating scene and flower projects.  I really appreciate you stopping by and want to take this opportunity to thank you for following my blog and for the wonderful supportive comments.  I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day holiday weekend.

  4. EACH ONE of your fav projects are so worthy! You skill and craftsmanship is like no other. MANY try to imitate you but so far, I’ve never seen anyone “get” quite there. It must be a great feeling to know that your art has blessed so many and encouraged so many. What a tribute to your great talent. I may not see or comment on every project but no matter how busy I am, I always look and love them. 😀

  5. Kittie, these are some of my favourites too! I hope you are having a fantastic long weekend with your sisters. Thank you for sharing your amazingly beautiful art and tutorials. This weekend I have been working on the bird on a branch card, I started a month or two ago. I have been making double flowers with the Impression Obsession tiny flowers die, I love that die. It has been my therapy to ease the stress and frustration I am having dealing with an OT that won’t order the mobility scooter I need and want. She says I don’t qualify for government funding. The flower making is very soothing. Thanks to all your tutorials I am making the flowers and using Martha Stewart flocking in the centers. Thank you for all the creative inspiration you give.

  6. I ‘found’ you this weekend. I have spent hours perusing your archives (from start to finish!). You have turned a gloomy few days into the crock of gold at the end of a rainbow. Thank you so much Kittie for the joy you have brought me ( not to mention the inspiration) I will now endeavour to find Impression Obsession dies here in South of France.
Trust you have a lovely few days with your sisters.
    Best regards
    Margaret
