I have another snowflake framed scene project to share with you today. This time I used the Memory Box Frostyville Frame and paired it with one of the little houses from the Essentials by Ellen Home and Hearth set and Impression Obsession Evergreen Trees.  I used the Debutante Frame die to cut the background for the scene.

I cut the background frame using paper from the Lawn Fawn’s Snow Day pad.  All the other pieces were cut out in white.  I cut a second background frame in white and then cut off both ends with deckle scissors to create the snowy ground pieces. The ground pieces were attached to the starry background with ATG adhesive.  The snowflake frame was attached to the background with rolled up 1/2” double stick tape. Wow!  That technique is so perfect for this curved thin frame border and takes so much less time than attach tiny pieces of mounting tape. The scene was attached to the card base with large pieces of mounting tape.

I tucked the house and trees in behind the ground pieces and attached with mounting tape.  I added one little star on top of the tallest tree for the finishing touch.

Here’s a closer view to show the dimension of the scene.

I love the starry paper and how the all white images pop so perfectly against it.

Thanks for coming by today and I hope you have a great week.
