Impression Obsession “Christmas in July” Challenge

Good Thursday morning and welcome to the Impression Obsession “Christmas in July” challenge.  I love clean and simple holiday projects especially with my favorite color combination of red and green against an all white background.  My project today was made using the Holly Wreath, Holly Flourish and All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2

I attached the frame to the card base using thin strips of mounting tape. I really love showcasing the main focal point of a project with some kind of frame. It adds another element of interest and dimension.

I cut one wreath and one holly flourish.  I cut the flourish apart into three sections to add fullness to the top of the wreath. I punched out several 1/8” circles and attached them as holly berries all around both the wreath and flourish branches with glossy accents.  I brushed red Wink of Stella on all the berries to add a little sparkle but it is hard to see in the photos. I attached the three red birds to the wreath base and the holly branches to the top of the wreath with glossy accents.  I added the multi loop bow with glue dots for the finishing touch.
