My project today is a spooky witch Halloween card made using several of the newly released dies by Rubbernecker Stamps. I used the Witches, Spooky Tree, Wrought Iron Fence, Bats and Spiderweb, Deckle Hills and Nested Circles. This was a fast and easy card to make and is a more fun rather than scary Halloween card. All the dies on my card, as well as all the new dies in the release are included in the Rubbernecker store wide sale. You can see the full release of die listed at the bottom of my post.
The Deckle Hills, Tree and Fence
- Cut the deckle hills and wrought iron fence using black cardstock.
- Attach the back hill layer to the card base using double stick tape.
- Apply mounting tape to the front hill layer and attach it to the card base.
- Apply rolled strips of double stick tape to a few key spots on the back of the fence and attach it to the card base.
The Moon, Witch, Spooky Tree and Bats
- Cut the moon using bright yellow cardstock and attach it to the card base using double stick tape.
- Cut the witch, spooky tree and bats using black cardstock.
- Apply pieces of mounting tape to the back of the tree and tuck it in behind the fence and attach it to the card base.
- Apply pieces of mounting tape to the back of the witch and attach it to the moon.
- Finish by attaching tiny pieces of mounting tape to the back of the bats and attach to the card base.
